THE BELANGA RESTAURANT

There is an Indonesian saying: “tamarind in the mountain, salt in the sea, they meet in an earthen pot/belanga,” meaning people from diverse backgrounds will ultimately come together in one place. A belanga is a traditional clay cooking pot. It is known to impart rich flavor to food with unique tastes and textures that cannot be achieved using metal cooking utensils.

The BELANGA Restaurant is a gathering place for people from around the globe—a meeting point for West, East, North, and South. The BELANGA Restaurant is a culinary melting pot uniting West and East, Europe and Asia, sea and mountain. As such, BELANGA Restaurant offers a tempting array of Western and Asian dishes, seafood, and Indonesian specialties to satisfy your appetite, no matter which corner of the world you hail from.
